Assume it is why the league stopped cardiff hosting each yr as league banking on Steelers/Giants/Panthers getting to the final to earn the dosh

@officialEIHL Should have been made clear at the start of the season to Fans. Wonder if Blaze were aware of this. Funny how arena teams can't get ice time for playoff format but can to host a final with short notice. At the very least chose a neutral venue like Sheffield/Cardiff.

@c_bezzz Think Macdonalds done enough with a number of poor performing forwards around him. Teams top goal scorer and shows glimpses of real skill. Get him on a line with more skilled forwards he'll be like season 1 in my opinion.

I really hope net season we can bring back our 2 netties, Oligny, Helgy, Estes, Richie, Brandt, Caponi, Barrow, Harewood, Joey (if he wishes to keep playing but the rest...no chance. Overall I really do hope Thommo & Nikolas are left to the recruitment for next season

@DavidBurnett90 @DomBate This season roster is a mix of Thomo players and Russell players. As Thomo would have inherited alot of players. Hopefully over the summer Thomo has free reign to build his own team. Loyalty to some players needs to be put aside for us to improve.

@DomBate Wanting to play physical. I love Brandt and he’s had a great season but he can’t seem to do both at the moment and has lost his physical edge now he’s playing a bit. You’re right barrow the only one wanting to throw the body it seems.

@DavidBurnett90 Don't mind Mcdonald returning. Top goal scorer and does have good skill. Think a clear out of most of the forwards is needed. Think Thomo sees that too judging by him referencing recently that we don't have those skilled players the other top 3 do.

Give me Caponi who may have less talent but gives 100% every shift, than some of these half assed players who have been absolutely coasting the last few weeks. Worst Devils vs Belfast game I’ve seen in years!

Same old... we dont have the skilled players. Giants good for their win. Seemed like they often had an extra player on the ice Devils kept to the outside most of the game. Panthers, Steelers, Giants all win in the last visits. Thats mid table form by devils, not title form
