I’m pivoting my SaaS right now. So I asked ChatGPT how many pivots startups usually make before reaching PMF. Answer: - Average: 2–3 pivots - Common: 1–4 pivots Slack, Instagram, Twitter all pivoted too. Guess this is just part of the game.
