Today we are out in various places doing a 24 hour testathon as part of our #KnowYourNumbers campaign. There are 40,000 people in Somerset with high blood pressure who don’t know it, particularly middle aged men like me! @NHSSomerset @SomersetCouncil @NHSEngland
