My Dad died this last July. My daughter just sent me this picture take three years ago, which has made me cry. For those that have lost one or both parents, my thoughts are with you. For those that still have 1 or both parents still alive - spend time with them.

A personal memory of Tom Stoppard. I was a 17 year old schoolboy & had started the school theatrical society to which Tom kindly came as 1st guest speaker. His play Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead had transfixed the world going from the Edinburgh Festival to Broadway. RIP
