@NCT127Stan The only way I go around it is by washing the brush AND reapplying the tiniest amount of paste on and brushing again but it’s not always that i have time or lkhater to do it

@jongkeythings I've completely changed the way i brush my teeth, but i still need to rinse my mouth i find it disgusting

I'm a dentist so i def know the fluoride needs to stay on top of my teeth to protect them, but i find it absolutely disgusting to not rinse my mouth, just spitting out the excess would keep all the food crumbs in
Only exception is when I didn't eat anything before brushing
