UPDATE: i have found the solution to getting your ace trainer card!! if your name is on the ace trainer list for the 2025 season (not the one that just ended) and you haven’t received it yet, call METRO PRESORT!! they’re the shipping partner that pokémon is using for the ace trainer cards. i called their phone number and spoke directly to someone in customer support, they looked up my name, saw me on the list and they’re sending it out next week. FINALLY 🥹

Zoroark is the theoretical exception to this, boasting both power and consistency but unfortunately its place in the meta outside of Pult isn’t very strong (or I’m just not Liam or Tord). This makes it WAY harder to justify playing especially to an event like worlds where some of Zoroark’s cheesier win cons are less likely to win.

The actual biggest problem with this format is that we’re playing in a single supporter format. Pult is uniquely positioned to deal with this very well because no disruption tools counter Recon Directive whereas basically every single other draw engine is colorless.

Counting five Regional events in North America: Baltimore, Louisville, Las Vegas, Milwaukee, and San Diego. NAIC of course is in Chicago. Hopefully we will get either: a) more regionals announced at a later date or b) significantly expanded venue capacity It seems likely there will be more locations announced, but this is definitely not ideal if it stands.
