@LeicesterFanTV Surely it was partly, "go on, face the music"? I must admit I don't really understand the level of hatred towards Winks... I think he could argue that his actions getting on the bus are a sign that he cares, and that he's human. No better just getting on with headphones to me.

Winks was getting booed as he warmed up. Fans were chanting hate at him as he warmed up... it was clear most fans did not want to see him .... yet Rowett amazingly threw him onto the pitch, to yet more jeers and every time he touched the ball he got booed. Why did Rowett not sense the mood of the crowd? It was clear Winks should not have played. Yet another sign that "The Club" has simply no grasp of the mood of the fans?
