@EvanShout I’m agreeing with you. Farmland makes up the majority of my net worth. Buyers > sellers. Fundamentals wont pivot overnight like exchange traded commodities. Elevator up. Stairs down. Would be a major event to flip the equation
@jonnyg10 Day trade no, but and sell like a commodity you bet. Remove emotion and land is an asset for ROI (appreciation) and dividends (farm profit). I have seen farms move the land price in their own area by one high purchase.
