Embarrassed posting this but I saw a picture of myself overweight after feeling worryinly unfit in a 5 a side tournament. I was genuinely worried about my health and lifestyle choices and decided to make a change. It was horrible at first but in a much better place now. If this helps motivate anyone else to get started then it's worth my embarrassment and shit I'm gonna get. Get started you won't regret it. Health and happiness are everything.
