Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is first. Jesus clearly states that to love Him is to obey Him. If you don’t first understand how to love God rightly you won’t be able to clearly understand how to love your neighbor. Sometimes speaking truth in love can be mislabeled as hate.

Jaden Ivey’s release isn’t just about the consequences of free speech. It’s about the tolerance that extreme talent affords you.
Had he played more than 30, 33, & 4 in the past three years his actions could be forgiven. It’s not uncommon to hear the things he said in today’s political & religious climate. He’s just not good enough to say it. It feels like he’s going through something, & I pray those close to him are there with him through this time.

America has become so accustomed to seeing “self-proclaimed Christians” live out a false watered-down version of the faith…
that when real Christians actually take the Bible seriously and live with genuine conviction…

“Conduct detrimental to the team” can quickly become “conduct detrimental to the nation” in a couple election cycles. Praying with a pastor who had been beaten and arrested for preaching the Gospel in his country, strips away the illusion that it would “never happen here”.

The amount of biblical illiteracy and biblical unfaithfulness is incredibly evident. When people reflexively say “love your neighbor” I almost instantly know they don’t know the GREATEST commandment. “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart”!

Jaden Ivey wouldn’t look “crazy” if actual Christians read their bibles. I can’t be mad at the world for not knowing scripture. You can always tell the ones that just quote and never read: “God says don’t judge” or “God is Love” is the first thing they say 😂😂

@EmmanuelAcho The “Good News” of Good Friday is that Jesus, who knew no sin, took our shame and condemnation upon Himself on the cross, in our place. Raising from the dead 3 days later to so that we could be forgiven and raised to life. To ignore or erase sin, is to make cheap the cross.

@EmmanuelAcho He is both Lord and Savior. He is both Lion and Lamb. The world doesn’t have an issue with a lamb savior. That’s why many cried Hosanna to Jesus on Palm Sunday! It was the audacity of Christ to be the Lion…the King…that had them shouting “crucify Him”, days later.

@Its_Strez Having a different opinion or conviction doesn’t equal having a phobia. Most of the LGBTQ+ community have a truth-phobia and therefore look to bully and cancel people who push against weak arguments and mass gaslighting.
