RIP to my favorite Presidents Day fun fact. John Tyler, our 10th president, had a grandson alive until last May. John had a son while in his 60s. That son had a kid while in his 70s. And that kid, Harrison Tyler, passed away last year at age 96. So… New fun fact: John was born during Washington administration. So 3 generations of Tylers span EVERY PRESIDENCY IN AMERICAN HISTORY.

Well, that was a first. I was just contacted by some guy asking to buy a print of ‘the painting of the boy and his grandpa sitting on a wagon watching a rocket launch’…but tgat he coukdnt find it on my website. I replied that I never painted anything matching that description, and he sent me this obviously AI-generated rip-off of ‘The Unknown Awaits’. (Second image is my original painting). I know this gentleman meant well...he was genuinely looking for a legitimate way to get a print of an image he liked as a gift for his son...but this is going to be an interesting issue from now on.

@MethodMinistry Are these shepherding the body of Christ as well as doing these jobs? If they ministry training and have specific rolls within the body, but they are also pastoring, what is the issue? I'm Anglican, so we don't use the term. I see it interchanged with deacon a lot.

The title "pastor" cannot be assigned to any role the church wants... There is no, Worship pastor. Youth pastor. Children's pastor. Janitor pastor (sarcasm but you get the point).

@Allthings__THFC IMO, it shows the talent of the team despite the narrative. These are all outrageous goals that display the quality of players we have. So really, it begs the question, why are we in 14th?

@cranium2001 @Mr704intheQC I lived in Raleigh for 20+ years, I had maybe 2 native born friends. Everyone else in my circle was a transplant like me. Many from up north and the Midwest.

@Mr704intheQC So all the people that drive in this are transplants? Highly doubtful. Believe me, there are people in the north that have zero business being out in shitty weather. A lot of us know better than to drive in it and when not to. Stupidity, however, does not know North from South.

Southerners for the most part stay home. They don’t shovel their driveway or go out. They just wait the 48 hrs or so until roads are safer. All the northern transplants that tell us we are are stupid are the ones that choose to drive in this even though our cities don’t have the equipment to make the roads as safe as the ones you came from because weather like this happens literally once every 10-20 years. Just stay home and relax for a few days. It’s not that hard.

World relief takes federal money to convince women in the Sudan and other third world nations to take the morning after pill and other birth control they don't want to control population. They hold seminars with local religious leaders to convince them to teach women not to want more babies. They are not good guys.

World Relief is in trouble because their hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants have been cut off. They have been a key pipeline in funneling amnesty propaganda into churches. I would very much recommend not doing this. Also, keep in mind, World Relief settled the Afghan terrorist who killed two national guards a couple of months ago.

Championship isn't ready

I love Dom, but he's not this season's or last's top scorer. We sold Brennan, last season's top scorer, because Frank seemingly didn't know how to use him. Richarlson is this season's top, and he's out injured. All that to say, I hope Dom starts banging them in...
