Coyle was one of the six players who remained under the coaching change to head coach Jen Greeny in 2024. She scored a career high 21 kills against Binghamton in 2024, leading the Mountaineers to a fifth set comeback, scoring four of the last six points to take the set 15-12.

Former WVU outside hitter Quincey Coyote has transferred to Northern Arizona University. Coyle spent four years with the Mountaineers, but did not play her senior year during injury, instead helping out on the sidelines, assisting director of operations Erin Eisenhart.

WVU Volleyball announced Eleanor Beavin will join the team as an assistant coach for the 2026 season. A standout at Kentucky, Beavin was named SEC Libero of the Year her freshman season and is seventh all-time in the program's history in digs.

WVU Gymnastics wrapped up its season at the Big 12 Championship on Saturday, finishing sixth. The Mountaineers scored a 49.2 on the floor event after having five of six scores above a 9.8.

Emerson Smith, Sophia Rice and Amber Lowe have all qualified for the NCAA Regionals as Event Specialists. All three had a NQS score above a 9.8 on their respective events. Lowe with a 9.855 on the beam, Rice with a 9.83 on the vault and Smith with a 9.87 on the floor.

Former WVU Opposite Lauren Bodily has transferred to Utah State, she announced per her Instagram. Bodily, a Utah native, joined the Mountaineers in 2023 and tallied up 107 kills across three seasons. Bodily graduated from WVU in December but had another year of eligibility.
