Periodic reminder that the military is 47% non-white, that Black folk are over-represented, and that the state that produces the most service members, is California.

As any person with a Tinder or Grindr account can confirm, our armed service is 47% non-white. 🤷🏿♂️ There's a stark contrast between most "honor our veterans" PR montages and a non-staged photo of a large group of service personnel. You can't honor vets by ignoring half of them.
