A huge congratulations to my colleague @BennJennett (Jennifer Bennett) on her win today in Southwest Airlines v. Saxon. The Court unanimously holds that airplane cargo loaders are exempt from the Federal Arbitration. This is a big victory for workers and for access to justice.
