@RobynPorteous I've spent the week sleeping on a mattress on the floor of my 15yo's room after her appendix surgery last Fri. She's not ready for me to leave yet!

So, apparently, the time has come for baby C to sleep in her own room. My heart is so sore at this inevitable change. Just don't be surprised if you hear stories of me sleeping on the floor beside her crib.

If I could give you one piece of advice today, it would be to love louder. Love everything you do a little louder. You woke up this morning... YOU woke up with this amazing gift of a new day right in front of you and a new day brings the world of opportunity for YOU. Every choice you make, every step you take is one step closer to your dreams. And there is so much good to found in every day, you just need to believe in it, and look for it... love the day a little louder and you will find it! When we love a little louder, we strive to become better than we are. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too. Be kinder. Love louder. Wishing you only good things. Okay. Love you. Bye.

@ShowmaxOnline what a disappointment. Signed up to watch the Olympics but you can only watch on one mobile device at a time and not on a smart tv. Waste of money. Will not bother with you ever again.

I can appreciate the DA's clean governance and commitment to the constitution & SA while still critiquing their dismal internal transformation and diversity, and other issues. I can appreciate the ANC'S enormous maturity and leadership in this moment, and that they offer the best president by a country mile, while holding them to account for corruption and poor service delivery. I can commend the EFF's commitment to become more politically mature, and other things they get right, while not excusing what they've gotten wrong: violence, corruption, etc. The ability to hold competing and difficult truths together is the hallmark of maturity. But Twitter rewards us to devolve into simplistic black and white, hero and villain thinking, and to attack anyone who tries to see the nuance. It's a pitiful state of affairs. And one I refuse to buy into.

We're not in the business world and we don't have contacts there either. We need R30 000 for flights and course fees. It's a huge stretch for us. Every little helps!

My daughter got offered a spot at Ballet Rambert School's week-long summer school in July, UK. She has worked so hard to get here. Need help funding trip for her. If anyone can spare something small it would make her dreams come true! @BrentLindeque @BrettFishA @YesReallyAngel
