We built the marketing team every founder dreams about. 45+ AI agents. 11 modules. One dashboard. And the math doesn't even make sense. 5 marketing hires = $18,000-$28,500/month. Content. SEO. Video. Social. Strategy. That's before tools, benefits, and management time. The AI CMO Platform replaces all of it. Here's what 45+ agents do for you: → 200+ keywords researched in a few minutes → 60-80 SEO articles published per month → One article → LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter, or video script → 11 trend sources monitored 24/7 → Lead magnets generated in minutes with PDF → AI video production in 8 minutes → Articles, newsletters, case studies, everything feeds back into your knowledge base The system literally gets smarter the more you use it. I built this running my own agency for 20+ clients over 2 years. Every workflow. Every agent. Every prompt. Battle-tested. Now it's one platform. Setup takes 1-3 days. Full marketing intelligence live within 48 hours. We're opening early access this month. If you want priority access: 1. Connect with me 2. Like + Comment "CMO" 3. Repost for a free 30-min strategy call First 50 founders get onboarded this quarter.

That is the compounding advantage of building native on the frontier. Every model jump is a free upgrade. Every release widens the gap between you and the team still doing this manually. The teams winning next year are not the ones with the most people. They are the ones built native.

Most founders are using Claude wrong. They chat with it like ChatGPT. Meanwhile mine is closing my inbox while I sleep. The difference has a name: CoWork. Regular Claude is a brain. CoWork is a brain with hands. File access, MCP connectors, scheduled tasks. You walk away. Work finishes. Just dropped the full 38-min master course. Here's the core of what's inside: 1/ Outcome-first prompts beat task-first "Review my leads" gets garbage. "Classify these 6 replies, draft next actions, push a CSV to Notion sorted by priority" gets a finished deliverable. 2/ The 4-part prompt formula What I have. Where it is. The finishing. The quality bar. Drop any context in. Clean output every time. 3/ Safe sandbox in 10 minutes Point CoWork at one folder. Add 3 global rules (wait before delete, plan multi-step, flag uncertainty). Turn on memory. Done. 4/ Memory that compounds claude.md = your standing rules. memory.md = what it learned about you. Without these, every session starts at zero. 5/ MCP connectors Gmail, Notion, Stripe, Blotato. CoWork stops chatting and starts using your software for you. 6/ Skills Wrap repetitive workflows into one command. Follow-up checker, newsletter writer, swipe digest — one keystroke. 7/ Live dashboards HTML dashboard from any data source in minutes. No Next.js. No engineer. 8/ AI employee Schedule a task. Runs overnight. Before I open my laptop my inbox is triaged, follow-ups queued, weekly CMO report waiting. Like + Comment "CORE" — I'll DM you the full cheatsheet of Claude. A video link in the first comment.

Another newsletter just dropped. "Stop using Openclaw. Use Hermes now." In a few weeks, someone else will push something else. Switching tools is fine. But if switching IS the goal, you're losing. I've worked with 200+ founders. The ones winning aren't chasing tools. They're stacking outcomes — problems solved, data collected, KPIs moved. That's where compounding happens. Not in the tool.

Most founders try Claude CoWork for a week and quit. Not because it's weak. Because they type into it like a chatbot. I recorded the full 38-min setup. Sandbox, memory, MCP, skills, dashboards, AI employee.

AI isn't killing jobs. It's killing mediocre ones. Every tech wave — electricity, internet, mobile — destroyed jobs AND created more. AI is no different. What's actually happening: the bar just went up. Exceptional people are winning harder. Average work is getting exposed. The threat isn't AI. It's staying average.

How to get there: Pick a domain you understand. Build one thing with AI that would have taken a team. Ship it. The output is the resume. Not the job title.

Bob McGrew says only two jobs survive AI. The Lone Genius. The Manager. Everything else gets absorbed. Here's how to position yourself for both before everyone else figures this out. 👇

AI agents feel complex because there's no structure. Here's the stack that changes that: CLAUDE.md → the rules Skills → the knowledge Hooks → the guardrails Subagents → the delegation Plugins → the distribution 5 layers. Runs like a team.
