This isn't about policing, just about the difference between being surprised and losing control.
And if so many ARMY felt uncomfortable watching it, then there is clearly a problem with what was shown.

We don't know how the others felt, and it's also about the bigger picture. ARMY has spent years being mocked for "hysterical" behavior.
It's not about policing, just about awareness and respect in a public setting.
