I’m building Guiden because I lived this problem as a creator. At 1M+ subscribers, you realize content scales fast. But personal guidance doesn’t. Guiden is my attempt to fix that for creators, coaches, educators, and course sellers. Would love honest feedback from people building courses. First reply has the link.

I used to think people asking the same questions meant they weren’t paying attention. Then I realized something worse: I had already answered them. The answer was just buried somewhere in a 40-minute video. That’s a broken experience. No student should have to rewatch a full lesson just to find the 45 seconds they actually need. That’s why I started building Guiden. It took almost 7 months to finally get it working the way I imagined. Ask a question. Get the answer. Jump to the exact video timestamp where it was explained. That’s what courses should have had already.

A student doesn’t quit all at once. Usually it looks like: • one confusing lesson • one skipped assignment • one unanswered question • one “I’ll come back later.” • one week of no progress • one course they never open again That’s the part creators need to see earlier.

There’s a weird guilt that comes with growing as a creator. Everyone tells you: “You’re helping so many people.” And that’s true. But you also start seeing the gap. The comments you can’t answer. The DMs you miss. The students who need one more explanation. The people who bought your course but still feel lost. The beginners who are too embarrassed to ask. And the bigger you get, the more impossible it becomes to personally guide everyone. That was one of the hardest things for me to accept. Because I didn’t want to just sell information. I wanted people to actually understand it. That’s the reason Guiden exists. I’m not building it because AI is trendy. I’m building it because creators need a way to keep helping students when they can’t be everywhere at once.

I don’t want Guiden to create more AI course slop. That’s the last thing the internet needs. I want it to help real creators turn their actual knowledge, voice, and teaching style into something students can interact with. Big difference.
