hi everyone!! starting from today, i'll be doing a smart contract audit challenge where i'll be tracking my daily progess on smart contract auditing every single day. my main goal is to get a job as a web 3 security researcher. wish me luckk :)

day 200 i continued the cyfrin course today. i'm a bit bored since there aren't any contest right now. i hope there will be something in the next few days.

day 199 today i started a new course on cyfrin upraft about chainlink fundamentals. it's good to lower my head and take a break from codebase. i also reviewed some of my past finding reports and what i missed in audit contest.

day 198 i'm much healthier now, so i started learning right away. there's no audit contests running at the moment, so it's a good time for me to use this period to learn and prepare as much for the next contest any time.

day 197 i finally took a day off from auditing fully today due to my health condition didn't get any better. i took a step back and leave auditing today and bed rest the whole day. i still managed to read a few articles on recent web3 hacks postmortems, but not much today.

day 196 today i continued doing shadow audits, but i'm not having a fit body this past few days, so i'm focusing on my recovery first.

One day at a time fellas, hard times for beginners and a lot of intermediates. Not sure when things will switch but just make it your absolute mission to survive this period, those who do will reap immense immense rewards.

day 195 i didn't contiue the k2 audit and i decided to take a break from audit contest since there aren't any at the moment. now, i'm doing shadow audits from past contests to keep sharpening my intuition and auditing skills for future contests.

day 194 this past days were honestly pretty hard on my mental and phsyical state due to lack of sleep and concerns about the web3 security industry condition. however, i joined the weekly mastermind talk and it gave me a lot of new insights and a reason for me to keep going.

day 193 i'm stuck with the k2 protocol due to the lack of knowledge in rust and soroban. i'm taking a break from it for a while now and i feel kinda lost.

@dvrvsimi getting payout is a whole different game from finding valid bugs lmao

my surprise when i realised that finding valid bugs is not the hardest part of auditing

day 192 i took a little break from audit contest and learn about thr basic rust language fundamentals. it's fun and it helped me reset my brain alot from this last few contests.

day 191 there's not much that i can do today. i took a lot of rest today since i'm not feeling that well. let's continue grinding tomororow!

day 190 i'm having a bit of trouble auditing the k2 prototocol. i don't understand the rust programming language, the wasm environment and the v12 contained 100+ issues. i'm currently stuck and dont know what to find. it's probably because my lack of skills and understanding tho.

day 188 today i'm still continuing the k2 audit. i also keep in touch with friends from kasturi on the mastermind program. i really appreciate om @0xfrsmln for sharing your knowledge to a lot of beginners like me in this industry especially on hard time like this.

day 189 i didn't spent as much time auditing as my usual days cus im going on a short trip with my family. however, i still manage to continue auditing the k2 protocol today. i'm getting less sleep this last few months due to audit contest and i think it's going to last longer.
