Indigenous people have been shut out of the health care system for too long, a system that was never designed for us. The apology from @CMA_Docs is an important step in building trust between providers, patients, and communities to fix this. We must acknowledge the harm that’s been done in the past while transforming the relationship between the medical community and Indigenous people as we look to the future.
