#MKWorldWR Got my first 1:43 on WS!! I wasn’t expecting to finish any runs today with the new ending NISC, but I got into a good rhythm and ended up clutching out this run! The run was decent but had multiple messy sections. My tentative goal is a mid 1:43.6XX

#MKWorldWR Finally got a time that I’m satisfied with on WS!! Lap 1 had a subpar gap jump NISC and lap 3 had a subpar red rock NISC but everything else was good!! It’s been a lot of fun grinding TTs again and pushing this track to my limits. I feel ready to take a long break now.

#MKWorldWR New WR with a few new strats/optimizations! Will try to push for a 1:44.3XX-4XX (The optimizations only save a little individually but add up to roughly .2 overall)

#MKWorldWR Got first 1:44 in WS!! New strat for the green sign made it much more doable but I’m really glad to get this run after a few weeks break from the track!! Aiming for a 1:44.6XX-1:44.7XX time.

#MKWorldWR Two new records on Whistlestop with new strats! Was able to implement the double trick on the rail 3/3 but the quality of the runs aren’t great yet. Sub 1:45 is the new goal! Shoutouts to Aron2211 for the double rail trick discovery (Aronified in WS WW tops)

#MKWorldWR New improvement! Decent laps overall but still many little mistakes to iron out to be able to reach the sub 1:45.

@xFaydeevz It is a difficult strat at first, but with practice you can reach a good success rate! When done well, it will save around .200 every lap compared to your previous strat! Good luck with the learning, you can do it!

#MKWorldWR Pretty decent run with bks lap 3! I missed the ending wall strat but the backup strat barely lost me any time. (I said I would take a break from the track a few days ago but I woke up motivated to do a time trial session today lol… surely a longer break this time!)

#MKWorldWR Got my first 1:45 let’s go!!! So happy to finally clutch out a run!! Before the patch I had set a 1:45 as my end goal but after patch I still have more potential. Sub 1:45:500 end goal with current strats perhaps? Regardless, it’s time for a break from the track lol

#MKWorldWR Didn’t get any great gap jumps and didn’t get the best ending strat on lap 3. Closer to the 1:45!

#MKWorldWR Closer to the sub! Solid lap 2. Low coin run though + Lost the chance to sub on a bad gap jump lap 3.

@waffdog Thank you lewis! Hmm the ending NISC has felt the same from my experience so I haven’t had the same issue.

@jorgemkw congrats on the rec! have you found that the patch impacts the ending NISC at all? I seem to be much less consistent post patch and can't tell why

#MKWorldWR New patch record. The patch fixed the bounces on the rail at the beginning but also made getting a fast rotation from the gap jump feel significantly different and potentially more difficult. 1:45 even more doable now but only able to do a short session today
