NGL, the Claude Mythos stories scared me. A lot of the digital infrastructure seems at risk from AI. To be expected, and manageable if you handle your security well. I spent a lot of time recently fortifying my device and account security. 4 layers of security, local storage where possible, deleting all old accounts, rotating passwords, additional emails etc it is. Clunk UX, nightmare to restore things, but well worth it IMO.

For 10 years I saved everything. Tweets, articles, book passages, YouTube videos. Thousands of them. Never processed. Just sitting there. I told myself it was a bad habit. Digital hoarding with no payoff. I still kept doing it. Then I spent the last few months fixing that. Hours every week after long working days: copy-pasting content into my personal agent, building an Obsidian database as it went. Slow, manual, repetitive. Exactly the kind of work nobody wants to do. What came out: a knowledge base built from a decade of obsessive reading across crypto, AI, macro, geopolitics, philosophy. Fully queryable. Surfaces connections I made years apart without realizing they were related. Nobody has my 10 years of inputs. Nobody will put in the months of manual work to build something like this. That's the point. The boring part is the moat. Alpha.

I talk a lot about ideas. I love ideas. I'm the idea guy. But ideas without execution are just dreams. @NonfungibleIvo built everything you see. All designs, the UI, the UX, all him. I couldn't have done this without him as my co-founder. @LvDCrypto owns the infrastructure and trade performance, and just keeps getting better. Unreal what 1 person can ship. @hariths96 is the kind of 10x full stack engineer who makes you wonder what most engineers are actually doing all day. What a wizard. @ron_wve joined young and hungry and kept our community energized through the long stretches where most people would've walked. I can see he's just getting started. Small team. Outsized output. AI is the ultimate amplifier. We now produce more and better results than what took a team of 15 a year ago. And it's all compounding.

Someone asked me today if I wanted to exit Flagship. Hell no. Why would I do that. Public launch in 7 days and I'm more locked in than ever. I've had to push so hard to get here. We've had a lot of money, we've been deadbroke. We've had a big team, we've had a small team, and for a period it was just me and my co-founder. We've been an Avalanche project, a Polygon project, a TON project, a Base project, and now a Virtuals project. A lot of pivots. A lot of pain. All of it to get to the product I had in my head 5 years ago. Once live, we are Flagship. We hover above the chains. I always thought chain-tribalism was stupid. Blockchains are backend protocols. Nobody cares what database Twitter runs on. We made all chains disappear and put the focus where it belongs: the quality of the onchain assets. What I'm most looking forward to is finally building what users actually want instead of what I think they want. We're wiring AI-powered feedback loops into the product and the org itself. Making the whole thing recursive. I didn't think this was possible until recently. Now I can't stop thinking about it. Back to the exit question. I have 100+ ideas for where this goes. 90% will die. I love this market, I love building, and I'm nowhere near done. I want to keep compounding this thing and see how far we can take it. Pretty far, I think.

I've been trading altcoins and living onchain for almost a decade. Every tool I tried was missing half of what I needed. So I built the one I always wanted. April 29 the Superapp ships. And this is the starting point, not the ceiling. Full walkthrough in the article.

@JornvanSwan @heiskaali If you had the product idea 5 years ago. Then you surely saw the future. I wonder what other ideas you’ve got up there.

Who would've thought the biggest energy shock in human history would be bullish for markets ey. Happy I did nothing and just focused on building. Fuck the news anyways. Stupid distraction theatre. Just build things, improve yourself and be happy.

You spot alpha on Solana, but your liquidity is on Base. Used to take 3 apps, a bridge and 5 precious minutes to get there. April 29: one tap on Flagship, any token to any chain. T-8.
