@joroach I’m more productive at home too… but joining a new team (and folks entering the working world) I worry about cultural transmission and serendipity. Just a hunch that hybrid makes things slowly slowly worse over time too

@genmon Based on my experience, I prefer to let teams design their own ways of working and let them change it up to meet the type of focus, rhythm, season, health, neurodiversity etc. Recognising that this works for a particular type of early-stage org, with highly motivated people.
