As I’m watching Officer Noonan testify, I believe he’s telling the truth! He’s shown no deception during his testimony, in my opinion. I believe Kelsey pointed and pulled the trigger and did exactly what he said she did. He comes off very believable and professional.

So Kelsey Fitzsimmons fiance, Justin Aylaian, her maid of honor Kertrina Caruso or her bridesmaid Michelle Mitchell all were having a little pow wow at Hunters house & at no time did anyone think that maybe they should try to reach out to Kelseys parents or her brother??? Justin Alayain is on the stand. The ONLY firefighter in the history of FIREFIGHTERS that ran from emergency situations. HE WORKED ON THE AMBULANCE. Justin Alayain ran from gunshots. Gunshots that could have and did hit his fiance. All so she wouldn't leave for New Hampshire with HER baby. Lisa and Doug Alyaian are sick. They put their entire family up to this. Courtney filled out the affidavit. Justin has no backbone. Shaking because he wasn't able to drink before he went to court. This family is disgusting. Justin asked for permission to get a suitcase from the basement and reacted the way anyone would when hearing gunshots in the home. That’s not exactly how content creators like Melanie Little and @JusticeServedTV have been portraying it. He was aware she was unstable; thankfully, the baby was already out of the house. Seems he was correct. And separate from that, having an unsecured service weapon in the home while off duty, when it’s not on her person or under her control, means it’s required to be secured. Leaving it unsecured in a bedroom raises serious safe storage concerns under Massachusetts law and likely violates department policy as well.

A fellow officer had a gun and when said gun was used in a threatening manner she was neutralized as the other officers are trained.
