ten minutes with the oneplus 15 and i'm rethinking my life choices. i need more time with it, but it bodies both apple and samsung not just in terms of fluidity, but software configuration, personalization. i've had so many 'holy shit' moments. small things that add up. perfect? no. definitely some trade-offs, but *minor* by what you get in return. again, the software is best-in-class for mobile in the u.s. right now. easily. could stand to be a bit more cohesive and intentional, but this is a sleeper hit afaic. photos are definitely not 'flagship,' but the overarching experience is unparalleled. maybe someone smart will release a better photo output app for android one day? i may be returning my samsung galaxy s26 ultra this week.
