The Umbra SDK thesis is starting to play out. It’s hard to keep track of current and potential integrations because most partnerships are not communicated through @UmbraPrivacy main account, but through team members’ personal accounts instead. But traction is starting to show. Roadshow episodes on @ownershipfm have already featured a couple of teams building on top of Umbra. Umbra brings compliant privacy to Solana with a live wallet, shielded balances, private transfers through a UTXO mixer, and an ownership token launched via MetaDAO.

i have officially joined @umbraprivacy to lead marketing over the last year with neet, i was able to create content and build sentiment around something that i actually think matters: escaping the 9-5 and shaping your life as you please. we have grown neet into a powerhouse movement that stretches across every social media platform, and is proliferating outside of CT and onto broader twitter. my goal is to replicate this success now with umbra, building a massive community around one of the future leaders in the privacy race. umbra is the best expression of privacy, and it can be used in a way that is practical for literally everyone. the desire for privacy in daily life will only continue to grow, and we will be at the forefront of it. privacy is freedom

I saw some posts talk about "why couldn't they just buy on the open markets", how about both? Our investors are either paying a premium or buying onchain. Some of them have chosen to just do it irrespective of the OTC sale and will be working closely with us We wanted to ensure that this was truly of strategic benefit not just to the team but every token holder involved. Fixed the liquidity pool constraints. Onboarded first set of investors and now we are full steam ahead. Still got a few open conversations and things to announce soon. Exciting times!

I used to think privacy only mattered for payments, not for SoV. Payments will be in stables so I thought private stables were the solution. I still think privacy matters for payments but now I think that privacy also matters for SoV due to wealth taxes. And no intelligent investor is using fiat pegged stablecoins as a SoV so you need a private and scarce SoV. ZEC has a credible shot at being the main private SoV. ZODL allowing people to buy ZEC in a decentralized way and easily shield it enables private SoV in a way that wasn't possible before.
