I find it hilarious when I see some Celtic fans try to act like they’re not worried or scared about the prospect of Steven Gerrard returning to Rangers. The only negative thing they try to say about Gerrard’s time in Scotland is ‘oh he only won one trophy out of nine’ but newsflash guys - he won the one that MATTERED. Gerrard spoiled their precious ten in a row and ruined the BIGGEST season in their history. Gerrard haunts the Celtic support and it’ll forever eat away at them that they’ll never get the chance to do ten in a row ever again. It’s time for Gerrard to return as manager and bring the star power and feel good factor back to our club 🙏💙
It is good that these people lose their jobs. It is good that they are shamed and humiliated and must live with the repercussions for the rest of their lives. It is good if they wake up every day until they die wishing they hadn't said what they said. We cannot have a civilized and decent society unless there are severe social consequences for people who publicly express sentiments like these. These people are barbarians. Savages. And should be treated as such. "Free speech" does not mean that we should act with anything but revulsion and disgust to people who say revolting and disgusting things.
It is NOT a "both sides" issue. No assassination attempts on Biden. No assassination attempts on Kamala. No assassination attempts on AOC. No assassination attempts on any other prominent voice on the political left. No violence from pro-Israeli crowds. No arrests on the pro-Israeli side. No calls for death or murder of those who oppose the pro-Israeli side. Those who oppose gender ideology do not call for the death of those who disagree with them. Those who oppose movements like BLM did not call for the death of those who took part in the BLM riots. Social media is not flooded with videos from those on the right celebrating the deaths of those on the left or wishing harm upon them. It is not a "both sides" issue.
