Mike Thurston told Saladino he struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep in Dubai. But when he goes back to his family's detached house in a quiet area of the UK, sleep comes easy. He falls asleep quickly AND stays asleep the whole night. Saladino explained what is likely happening: Dubai is a wall of high-rises with hundreds of Wi-Fi routers stacked around you in every direction. That RF exposure is hitting your body all night long. On top of that, sealed apartments trap CO2 from your own breathing. Above 800 parts per million, sleep quality measurably drops. Most sealed bedrooms blow past that by morning. The fix is your environment.

@DrJackKruse @DrJackKruse can you please talk about muscle and joint pain related to perimenopause/menopause. I’m desperate to get off of HRT but when I stop estrogen patch, I have severe pain and stiffness in my hips and legs. It relieves overnight as soon as I put my patches on.

@KettlebellDan None according to Keith Humphreys at Stanford and he’s closest to all the pro- con data med.stanford.edu/news/insights/…
