Inspired by the iconic West Quoddy Head Lighthouse, located at the easternmost point in the United States, and the beloved 2012 USA Waldo Kit. Landon Donovan’s appearance in the photoshoot? Definitely not a coincidence.

Each morning from the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the first light in the continental U.S. breaks over Acadia National Park. Chasing the dawn–by foot, by bike, by car, by heart–millions have made this pilgrimage to greet the day. A ritual true to Maine, it welcomes all who rise to meet it.

One year ago today, USL to Portland went from movement to milestone, and Portland Hearts of Pine—the soccer club of Maine—was unveiled. What a journey we’ve been on since. One week from now, that journey finally leads us home. May 4th at Fitzpatrick Stadium, we’ll see you there ♥️
