@AnfieldSector @_pauljoyce We need a right winger and every player we have been linked to is a Left winger🤦♂️
English

[🟢] INFO: Liverpool will prioritise the signing of wingers to improve performances, with Yan Diomande and Bradley Barcola among the many wide men that have been assessed.

@jayadi5559 @drunksquirrel87 @Lea_EFC I agree. I think it’s evident from the VAR audio they messed up the communication. I think if they took more time and showed everything, a penalty would’ve gotten given
English

@joshlyau @drunksquirrel87 @Lea_EFC Soucek's fouls and trossard's fouls have a very, very narrow time limit, but that should be the function of VAR to see which fouls occurs first, Because it happened in a split second between one event and another. From that, another problem arise, namely the domino effect on Raya
English

VAR has officiated that West Ham vs Arsenal incident at the weekend.
VAR instructed Chris Kavanagh to look at the monitor, then suggested he looks at both Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard incidents but fails to provide him with conclusive footage of any fouls.
Chris Kavanagh was only provided with footage to disallow the goal for a foul by Pablo on Raya.
A better, stronger referee would have asked for more footage of the reported Rice and Trossard incidents.
VAR has literally officiated that incident and put its own spin on it so Chris Kavanagh had no alternative but to disallow the goal from the inadequate footage provided.
Make no mistake, VAR is officiating Premier League games now.
English

@Braden_LFC No....we ran out of steam that season. Too many injuries, it would've helped but no way we would've...
English

@Tottally @SkySportsPL It wasn't the correct call though?? Wilson says it correctly, the hand on the keeper is 1000% a foul but Trossard and Rice rugby tackling players BEFORE that incident are fouls, you can't not have eyes on the ball and pull a player down. It's not cuz it's Arsenal at all for me...
English

The fact that this is still a topic of discussion in the mainstream media is beginning to worry me!
Like how is a legit correct call by ref/VAR an issue? Or is it cus Arsenal is involved?
Cus city had a host of controversial calls in their game barely 24hrs prior and not a single outcry from anyone. 🤷🏾♂️🤨
English

@CeboLucky @StokeyyG2 I don't blame them because if they looked at it properly, it would've been 10 minutes while all the players and fans are sat in the stadium. But they HAD to get it right and they didn't and now possibly West Ham go down because of it...
English

@joshlyau @StokeyyG2 Exactly, it's just terrible management of the whole situation by the VAR officials
Midrand, South Africa 🇿🇦 English

@CeboLucky @StokeyyG2 Exactly....how can you blame the ref considering what he saw?? If they showed the full picture it's obvious where the first foul is and also how many other there are
English

@StokeyyG2 Honestly this is shambles by the VAR team.I don't blame the Ref for giving a foul but no penalty. They only showed him what they wanted him to see,the Trossard and Rice angles are ambiguous to give a penalty for that, I'm sure the ref was shocked seeing the angles we got, Shambles
Midrand, South Africa 🇿🇦 English

@AFC_talktalk @Lea_EFC He says Trossard action is not enough....while the show the shot where you can't even see Trossard.....if they showed it properly from the back angle before the corner was taken, it's 1000% a pen due to Trossard not looking at the ball and rugby tackling....
English

@Lea_EFC Stfu son, they talked about Rice and Trossard and it’s actually Kavanagh who said that Trossard action is not enough, later on VAR says that Rice foul (if there’s any) happens after Pablo’s grab over Raya’s arm. I’m sorry but if you want to play stupid play with yourself.
English

@drunksquirrel87 @Lea_EFC The first one was 100% Trossard on the West Ham player....? Trossard doesn't have eyes on the ball before the corner is taken and actually moves the lad 4m a certain way while rugby tackling him
English

@Lea_EFC If we're going on the fouls committed, you go with the first one which was on Havertz.
Either way its our free kick.
The issue isnt that its not a foul (it is), its that at the weekend the same situation will lead to the goal being given. Inconsistency is killing the game
English

@OdegaardsMagic @afcroyce They did but there is clearly a miscommunication. He tells him to look at Troassard and he says 'I don't know what you are showing me give me a clue'. If they showed the whole clip to the red properly they would've seen Trossard rugby tackline with no eyes on the ball first...
English

@afcroyce VAR done well on this instance, bias aside VAR showed the ref the raya foul and told him to be consider the other actions trossard and rice.
English

They nearly gave them a pen instead😭😭
AB 🚥@afcroyce
Bro they released the VAR audio for the Raya foul and it was so much closer than I thought it was 😭😭
English

@CobraEagle42 @FLiverpool1892 @WestHam_Central I think Spurs home form means they do not get a point against Everton. I also think West Ham get something in their next 2 and no way are spurs beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. When was the last time they even did that?
English

@FLiverpool1892 @WestHam_Central 2 days after a cup final?
I think you’re all putting too much hope in Chelsea.
Newcastle 1 West Ham 1
Spurs 2 Chelsea 2
West Ham 2 Leeds 2 - cos apparently Leeds players have no desire to see our their away run)
Spurs 1 Everton 1
Spurs stay up on goal difference.
English

@SalibaUltra @thomasmlambo Anyone can also see how Trossard and Rice are rugby tackling players BEFORE Raya was impeaded. If you don't have eyes on the ball and are rugby tackling a player, it's a pen....
English

@thomasmlambo Anyone that knows even the smallest bit about football and isn't delusional can clearly see that Raya was impeded. He literally couldn't lift his arms to grab the ball. Going against your team just to raise your engagement levels is disgusting and you're not a true Arsenal fan.
English

@pandolfino @user84848384 This is literally offside???
The black boot is further ahead of the white in the real photo
English

@MSKMO4 @SamueILFC Do you think Doku is a pen then??? If no then I won’t listen to you
English

@joshlyau @SamueILFC You don’t think it’s a red 😂😂😂😂 I can’t lie we don’t have anything to talk about if you don’t think that’s red
English

@dyikyoweh @UTDTrey I understand. To me you either let them all go, or pay the foul consistently
English

@AkinbideK @davidadeleke @Vfynn_ @samreignz I 100% agree and understand. When you are near top for so many consecutive seasons, there will be one you get a bit lucky compares to other's. I do think it is Arsenals season but I think the narrative has changed because the title is done and there was a decision that was 50/50
English

@joshlyau @davidadeleke @Vfynn_ @samreignz It takes luck and balls to win the PL. Football sometimes is a game of luck. Getting the 2nd position in 4 consecutive seasons isn't by chance. Arsenal deserved the league and they worked hard to get here. It's so strange the narrative isn't about bottling anymore.
English

🚨🎙️| Joe Hart on West Ham’s disallowed equalizer vs Arsenal, accuses VAR of saving Arsenal’s title hopes:
🗣️“Listen, I don’t care what anyone says, that goal should’ve stood. VAR has absolutely ruined moments like that. West Ham fought for that equalizer and somehow they’ve found a way to disallow it for the softest little touch you’ll ever see. If that’s Arsenal scoring at the Emirates, nobody even checks it for more than five seconds.
And this is what frustrates fans, Arsenal have lived off those scrappy, aggressive goals all season. Blocking keepers, crowding the six-yard box, little nudges here and there… suddenly when it happens against them, it’s ‘clear and obvious.’ Give me a break.
I was a goalkeeper, I know when a keeper’s genuinely impeded and when he’s looking for help. There’s no way you can tell me that was enough contact for the goal to be overturned. The game’s gone soft. West Ham have been robbed, simple as that.
You wonder why fans think certain clubs get favourable decisions because moments like this keep happening. Arsenal are in a title race and somehow every 50/50 call seems to land their way. That equalizer changes the whole atmosphere of the game and VAR bottled it. Absolutely bottled it.”

English

@wattytah @davidadeleke @Vfynn_ @samreignz Exactly, obviously there will be hands, there always has been but wrapped around is ridiculous
English

@MSKMO4 @SamueILFC Yes I think it is close but I do not think it's a red, it would be harsh. How do you feel about Doku karate kick on Macalister?
English

@joshlyau @SamueILFC Brother go and watch Fabinhos challenge on Bernardo in the etihad game 😂😂😂😂 especially when there is VAR and no red for that
English

@joshlyau @CFCMods Oh wow first season since var has been introduced where there not been a different set of refereeing rules just for us and they’ve treated us equal to every one else… nice change for once from an Arsenal fan perspective who has watched 30 years of shit decisions against us.
English

@MSKMO4 @SamueILFC I only think the Milner one was a bad decision. Should've been sent off, only argument was it was his first foul after getting a yellow and was on the touchline but I'm unsure of the rules
English

@joshlyau @SamueILFC Yeah but talk about the Liverpool v city games that season also were city were robbed both games
English

@SamueILFC Liverpool fans will never try to bring up both games vs city in 21/22 you think we forget what Milner and Fabinho did those games
English
