@joshlyau @drunksquirrel87 @Lea_EFC Soucek's fouls and trossard's fouls have a very, very narrow time limit, but that should be the function of VAR to see which fouls occurs first, Because it happened in a split second between one event and another. From that, another problem arise, namely the domino effect on Raya

VAR has officiated that West Ham vs Arsenal incident at the weekend. VAR instructed Chris Kavanagh to look at the monitor, then suggested he looks at both Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard incidents but fails to provide him with conclusive footage of any fouls. Chris Kavanagh was only provided with footage to disallow the goal for a foul by Pablo on Raya. A better, stronger referee would have asked for more footage of the reported Rice and Trossard incidents. VAR has literally officiated that incident and put its own spin on it so Chris Kavanagh had no alternative but to disallow the goal from the inadequate footage provided. Make no mistake, VAR is officiating Premier League games now.

The fact that this is still a topic of discussion in the mainstream media is beginning to worry me! Like how is a legit correct call by ref/VAR an issue? Or is it cus Arsenal is involved? Cus city had a host of controversial calls in their game barely 24hrs prior and not a single outcry from anyone. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤨

@AFC_talktalk @Lea_EFC He says Trossard action is not enough....while the show the shot where you can't even see Trossard.....if they showed it properly from the back angle before the corner was taken, it's 1000% a pen due to Trossard not looking at the ball and rugby tackling....

@Lea_EFC If we're going on the fouls committed, you go with the first one which was on Havertz. Either way its our free kick. The issue isnt that its not a foul (it is), its that at the weekend the same situation will lead to the goal being given. Inconsistency is killing the game

@OdegaardsMagic @afcroyce They did but there is clearly a miscommunication. He tells him to look at Troassard and he says 'I don't know what you are showing me give me a clue'. If they showed the whole clip to the red properly they would've seen Trossard rugby tackline with no eyes on the ball first...

@afcroyce VAR done well on this instance, bias aside VAR showed the ref the raya foul and told him to be consider the other actions trossard and rice.

As an Arsenal fan, I can't lie, we've been grappling and wrestling goalkeepers all season. I can understand why West Ham and football fans in general are angry. Plus all the other fouls in that incident.. hope we still win the league but the anger is fully justified

@ajohn58 @CFCMods I am not denying you haven't been extremely unlucky, Rice was penalized where other players haven't been, but there have been instances where you haven't been penalized and other's had. Such as Odegaards handball at Anfield which somehow wasn't given
