@chrispapst I’m all for accountability, but it’s interesting how often folks focus on cutting down trees related to solar or transit, but the daily deforestation from housing developments gets ignored. Or building a new parking lot.

@chrispapst Seems like you are missing the forest for the trees. Why the focus on the trees and not the chargers. How were they funded? Is it the sign of some successful public policy?

The local Wegmans is installing EV chargers. Makes sense. There’s a demand. But in doing so, a bunch of trees were cut down. Doesn’t that seem a bit eco-counterproductive? Especially, since there’s a huge parking lot to install them, that would require no trees be cut down.
