For those who missed the earlier post or just want to know who to avoid. Here’s one "artist"/scammer to block: 🚩@Keeennnn 🚩 Back in September 2025, @RaizokuRising started a group commission with them. What followed was a long chain of delays, missed updates, and poor communication. 👇

COMMISSIONER CAUTIONS // As the @Domain_Wars are picking up again, commission requests might be popping off again. I personally look forward to see what the community and artists are co-creating. BUT always be mindful of who you work with. The Garden has a strong reputation for commissions, which attracts both passionate creators and those primarily motivated by money. 1. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Some artists genuinely care about co-creation and the story behind the work. Others treat it transactional. Nothing wrong with the latter as long as expectations are clear, they deliver, and you like their style. 2. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 Artists are human. Life happens, and delays are common. That’s okay. What matters is clear, consistent communication. What separates the best artists from great artists (imo), is their skill to communicate and manage expectations regardless of the challenges they are facing in their private lifes. 3. 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 This protects both sides. What has worked well for me: 10% to get the artist started 25% after first sketch 25% after colouring (this can be after a few iterations on the sketch) 20% after rendering 20% upon completion Hope this helps; stay SAFU!

If you made it through the first post, here’s a reward: a sneak peek of something I’ve been co-creating with a 🐐 artist 👀

To be honest, I was conflicted whether to buy the @AzukiTCG cards or not. Prior to this drop, I had purchased one of each of the Alpha boxes. I LOVE the artwork on the cards, and I'm obsessed with the Azuki IP, so from a collector's standpoint, A+. That being said, I haven't played with the cards once. Second, from a geo target market-perspective, it's clear that the USA is the #1 priority. So as a Canadian, I'm already anticipating all the FOMO I'll have when Azuki hosts tournaments and events in the USA. With 30 minutes left in the sale, I decided to buy Tier 2, in large part because not participating in the TCG would be ignoring what the Azuki team clearly articulated was the main focus and tip of the IP spear for this NFT project I love so much. I look forward to playing with other locals, but I do hope that Azuki allocates some attention (local tournaments, events, etc.) to other geographies, like Canada 🇨🇦 One step deeper into the garden.
