So this was filed just a couple of days ago. Pretty coincidental timing on a game concept that has been floating around in the public space for 60 plus years. I called Griff out on the name not being trademarked quite some time back before he blocked me, when he was accusing Harmony of theft just because she was describing her game as braunstein inspired. I mean not only was it not trademark or published, she was giving credit to Wesley and wasn't attempting to profit from it. But I digress.. Having said all that I think it's a little suspect in timing with Griff trying to cozy up to Kelsey. It was filed by FirstRPG LLC which it looks like Wesley created and Chris Graves (Blackmore co-director) is the registered agent for. I don't know Chris, but Griffs behavior speaks for itself. I hope that Wesley is in a controlling position. Also, Trademarks are tricky and they take a long time in review for approval. And is wide open to be contested in the short term. Moreover getting a simple word trademarked is hard to defend. It would be kind of like me trying to trademark "beer mug". I don't actually have any skin in this game. It's my inability to tolerate bullies that got me involved.
