I will never meme on small earthquakes social-media "did u feel that" style ever again in California after experiencing that (until it happens there too). It's my first time experiencing one this threatening- I haven't felt genuine fear for my life like that in a while.

I realized way later that most asian parents who tell their kid that their hairstyle makes them "look like a cool dude/gal" is their subtle way of saying they actually look like a thug :p

First day of AX, the parking lot I used was blocked off due to an apparent shooting so I lost a day of work Last year I was nearly killed in the metro by a maniac swinging a pipe before he was tased. The 397% higher-than-avg crime rate in Little Tokyo is starting to make sense

@kaynimatic Getting a bridge or implant is kinda recommended just because it stabilizes your teeth, so the others don’t get loose. I hate that procedures cost way too much, and insurance almost never helps. Hopefully you can find a good resolution to your situation, it’s tough.

when you simply wanted to go to the dentist and take out a problematic tooth and call it a day but then they strongly recommended getting a bridge or implant to replace the tooth which costs a few thousand dollars WITH insurance and now you're in a lot of pain kinda feel scammed

@Porkkyboy Oh shoot. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated while you rest! And see a doctor if things get worse
