أسعدني رحيل طارق شوقي، الوزير المغترب عن واقعنا. هذا العابر كانت بين مكتبه ومدرسة المنيرة الإعدادية 30 خطوة، ولو زارها، واستمع إلى المدرسين والتلاميذ لكفانا تجاربه الفاشلة، لكنه لم يفعل. بقي طوال الوقت يعيش في عالم افتراضي، مليء بصور ورسوم بيانية ملونة يعرضها على مدارس متهالكة.
