@NYCrochet there's this thing called a grey card. take a picture with the card. and then photoshop fix the colors for you. it's like magic

@NYCrochet I knew it was red if that makes you feel better. but it does give off an orange tint to it. maybe photoshop the color

@fernfiddlehead it's a yummy cheese. I use it in my mac and cheese and stuffed mushrooms. it's similar to blue cheese so you can substitute
