Well, that's actually it, I wanted a todo app that can do those 2 things and @todoist works just fine. Bonus point: you can have themes and one of them is called Tangerine!

1) it works on everything - not just iPhone and Android, it has web as well as desktop app. 2) you can easily share projects with people and assign tasks to them. 3) ....
