Moving a B2B SaaS from 12% to 21% conversion is the difference between 'grinding for runway' and being default alive. The most expensive email in the world is the one that stays in the 'Drafts' folder because you’re worried about being 'annoying.'" If your onboarding sequence doesn't drive a specific activation milestone in 48 hours, you don't have a funnel. You have a hobby. B2B SaaS is won in the inbox, not the dashboard. Build a bridge, not a feature list. #B2Bsaa, #DefaultAlive

In the world of revenue architecture, we talk constantly about building sustainable infrastructure. We map out systems, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize for long-term finality. But true sustainability whether in business, engineering, or life, is never free. It requires foundational sacrifice, discipline, and alignment. Today, Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid Kabir, a time entirely dedicated to the profound concepts of sacrifice, devotion, and higher alignment. To my fellow founders, operators, tech builders, and connections celebrating today: May this season bring absolute clarity to your long-term roadmap. May the sacrifices you make today, whether in burning the midnight oil to build deep-tech pipelines or making the tough calls to protect your team's runway, yield deterministic, compounding rewards in the chapters ahead. Wishing you, your families, and your global networks a peaceful, high-signal, and blessed Eid Kabir. Eid Mubarak! 🌙✨ #EidMubarak #EidKabir #RevenueArchitecture #GlobalNetworks #FoundationalAlignment #SaaSFounders

i burned $200 today no take backs allowed i ship, or i die @jackfriks @marclou
jack friks@jackfriks

i made an app that feeds you to the sharks if you don't publicly launch your own product in 30 days. no more of this: "dude i just 100x'ed my workflow with this new AI model"... meanwhile... 0 projects launched 0 revenue 0 users 100 x 0 = still 0. it's time to go from 0 to 1. it's time to: SHlPORDIE.COM 🏴‍☠️. ship a new product every 30 days until one changes your life or... DIE, in the app, and get kicked from the community forever while being publicly humiliated. no refunds for those who fail to ship. custom trophies to be collected for those who succeed. if you DO ship, you also get to remain in a community of people who actually ship things and get users ++ revenue. sidenote: i'm really excited to see if this can be the push someone needs like how @marclou's shipfast project pushed me and is the entire reason i have a $35K MRR solo operated SaaS now and many other successful mobile apps GLHF, DON'T DIE, and KEEP GOING!! i've never taken a launch this legit so let's see how it goes :)

we just crossed $30M ARR @beehiiv here’s the “overnight success” that took 4 years: 14 months: $0 → $1m 12 months: $1m → $5m 9 months: $5m → $10m 6 months: $10m → $15m 5 months: $15m → $20m 5 months: $20m → $25m 4 months: $25m → $30m and the $30M doesn't include the ~$15M of annualized revenue from Ads/Boosts 😏

Executing a revenue infrastructure sprint for a deep-tech blockchain company requires an entirely different playbook than standard B2B SaaS. When your product deals with hardware-isolated secure enclaves, node telemetry, and sub-second transaction finality, your market isn't looking for a "catchy copywriter." They are looking for technical validation. Now that the strategic alignment parameters for Green Ledger are locked in with Alejandro Lamas, here is the exact 3-phase execution framework we are deploying to turn their complex backend engineering into a high-converting enterprise pipeline: 🛠️ Phase 1: Technical Vocabulary Deconstruction We don't try to make ledger architecture "sound simple." We make it sound authoritative. The Action: Stripping away generic growth-hacking adjectives ('revolutionary,' 'next-gen') and replacing them with institutional-grade protocol markers. The Goal: Establishing peer-to-peer technical alignment with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and enterprise procurement nodes from the very first line. ⛓️ Phase 2: Building the 7-Node Nurture Engine Enterprise tech buyers rarely convert on a single demo call. They are skeptical, and their buying cycles are long. The Action: Engineering a 7-part automated email architecture designed to proactively dismantle standard procurement bottlenecks before they occur. The Focus: Instead of talking about features, the sequence hard-codes technical answers regarding data sovereignty laws (like the Right to Be Forgotten vs. ledger immutability) and algorithmic compliance proofs directly into the inbox. 📡 Phase 3: Telemetry & Conversion Node Routing A broken link or a misaligned calendar invite can destroy enterprise institutional trust in seconds. The Action: Auditing and restructuring primary Call-to-Action (CTA) paths and conversion landing assets. The Focus: Configuring bulletproof routing parameters to handle global, multi-time-zone traffic seamlessly, protecting executive engineering runways from broken communication loops. The Takeaway for Tech Founders: If your marketing copy reads like a consumer app, you are forcing your technical prospects to do the heavy lifting of figuring out how you fit into their stack. Don't write to persuade. Map out the architecture to validate. Let's move this into active deployment. 🚀 #B2BTech #SaaS #RevenueInfrastructure #BlockchainEngineering #EnterpriseSales #DataSovereignty

why enterprise buyers ignore generic marketing hype and why B2B tech founders must speak to procurement as technical peers. Most enterprise tech infrastructure isn’t compromised at the cryptographic layer. It leaks at the unverified node integration boundaries. Yet, most B2B startups pitch enterprise compliance like they are selling a consumer app. They throw around generic buzzwords like “seamless integration” and “hyper-secure data layers.” Cynical corporate buyers and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) mute those pitches instantly. If you are running high-ACV transaction pipelines, procurement doesn’t care about marketing fluff. They care about deterministic finality and hardware-level data isolation. I recently collaborated with Alejandro Lamas, CEO of Green Ledger, to map out their enterprise nurture engine infrastructure. Instead of burying their core technology behind marketing adjectives, we hard-coded engineering parameters straight into the pipeline copy: The Ledger Telemetry Shift: Moving the conversation away from basic encryption to addressing real data-leakage risks at manual consensus boundaries. 2️⃣ Active Compute Runtimes: Showcasing how running transaction lifecycles entirely inside hardware-isolated secure enclaves eliminates the standard latency penalty. 3️⃣ Algorithmic Compliance Proofs: Proving to institutional partners that they can completely decouple data state logic from annual forensics, cutting manual audit prep costs down to zero. When you treat your pipeline copy as structural revenue infrastructure rather than "creative writing," you don’t have to drag procurement out into a long, drawn-out sales cycle. You show up as an engineering peer, pre-handle technical objections before the discovery call, and move straight to active deployment. Stop pitching features. Start mapping architecture. (Shout out to Alejandro for the incredible alignment session next week.) Let's build. #B2BTech #EnterpriseSaaS #BlockchainInfrastructure #RevenueOperations #DataSovereignty #CryptographicEnclaves

The laptop that carried me through 100 days of backend engineering had a 2-hour battery and a shaky screen. Today I upgraded to an M5 Pro. 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD. Same engineer. Better hardware. Next chapter.

How do you build a multi-node tech stack that global compliance teams actually trust? I was reviewing the Series A pitch videos for an enterprise ESG platform operating across New York, Madrid, and Buenos Aires. They’ve built an incredible piece of tech: An infrastructure that tracks Scope 1-3 supply chain emissions and hard-codes that data directly into physical, immutable hardware enclaves. Their investor narrative is flawless. The hardware security is watertight. But it got me thinking about a massive paradox that deep-tech and Web3 founders face during a capital raise: Your architecture can achieve absolute mathematical certainty. But your revenue still relies on human behavior. You can pitch VCs on "zero-compromise data sovereignty" all day long. But when that pitch converts into a major enterprise trial, your software enters the real world. And in the real world, enterprise pilots don't fail because the code lacks integrity. They fail because of "compliance fatigue." The moment a trial user spins up a high-security container, the enterprise client’s CISO or network administrator hits an immediate anxiety wall: -Where is this data routed? -Is this localized node whitelisted on our corporate firewall? -How long will our legal team hold up the Data Processing Agreement (DPA)? If your engineering team is spending 20 hours a week manually answering security questionnaires or chasing developers to open port whitelists, Your Series A growth velocity stalls. If you are raising capital based on a highly scalable infrastructure, your customer onboarding has to be just as automated as your backend architecture. You protect your engineering runway by building Revenue Infrastructure: 1. Automated "Pre-Flight" Clearances: Delivering raw, plain-text security and port-whitelisting briefs to corporate compliance gatekeepers 72 hours before the pilot sandbox kicks off. 2. Behavioral Telemetry Rescues: Triggering targeted protocol fixes the exact hour system logs show an integration handshake has stalled at a tight firewall. 3. C-Suite ROI Synchronization: Translating complex backend ledgering data into audit-ready financial metrics for the CFO automatically on day When you back up your deep-tech architecture with systematic, multi-threaded communication, you move from a vulnerable pilot stage to a permanent paid deployment. Don't just build an enterprise-grade product. Engineer an enterprise-grade funnel. #SaaSGrowth #SeriesA #EnterpriseSales #GreenTech #DataSovereignty #ConfidentialComputing #RevenueInfrastructure #B2B

Since everyone is suddenly talking about ARR, with still 8 months left in the year… We just crossed $4.5M ARR 🥳 But I'm very confident we'll end the year close to $6M. Fully bootstrapped, solo founder 🤷🏻

I want to increase trial-to-paid conversions, but I don't want to hire a sales team. I recently had an elite technical founder throw this exact constraint at me. He said: "If you were dropped into my shoes, with zero spare time and a tight engineering focus, what are the fastest levers to fix our conversion runway without adding a single sales headcount?"

The "Plain-Text" Email is the Most Expensive Infrastructure in B2B SaaS. If you are a Seed or Series A founder building complex, deep-tech infrastructure, your biggest revenue leak isn’t your ad spend. It’s the Ghosting Gap. You pay a high CAC to get enterprise pilots or trial sign-ups. But then, your users hit the "anxiety wall": ❌ Complex cloud integrations (AWS/Azure firewalls). ❌ Heavy data-migration fatigue. ❌ Internal procurement and compliance delays. They get stuck, close the tab, and freeze. Your runway burns while your leads turn into "zombie MRR." Traditional, flashy marketing emails with corporate headers and generic "Checking in!" subject lines get deleted instantly by CISOs, DevOps engineers, and compliance officers. They have zero tolerance for marketing fluff. To move complex, sovereign tech stacks from pilot to paid, you don't need "copywriters." You need revenue infrastructure. I approach onboarding through a dual-track enterprise conversion engine: 1️⃣ The Technical Track (DevOps/CISO): Behavioral-driven, plain-text emails triggered at the precise hour an integration stalls. It reads like a note from a lead deployment engineer, offering a direct protocol fix to clear localized firewall policies. 2️⃣ The Executive Track (C-Suite/Compliance): Running in parallel, dripping business case logic, ROI metrics, and regulatory defense frameworks to arm the economic buyer for internal legal reviews. By automating this "scalable empathy," you protect your conversion runway and multi-thread high-value enterprise deals without linearly scaling your human account management headcount. Stop writing newsletters. Start building the architecture. 🛠️ hashtag#RevenueInfrastructure hashtag#SaaSOnboarding hashtag#EnterpriseSales hashtag#DataSovereignty hashtag#B2BConversion hashtag#ProductLedGrowth

Your B2B SaaS doesn’t have a copy problem. It has an infrastructure problem. 📷 Two days ago, I was in a live session with Davin's Reed, and it confirmed a "closed-door" truth I’ve been seeing in the SaaS space. Most founders are focused on the top of the funnel. They celebrate 1,000 new sign-ups but ignore the "Ghosting Gap" happening 12 hours later. If 60% of your trials never hit their first "Aha!" moment, you aren't growing; you're just paying for a "leaky bucket."

Yesterday I was in a live event with Davin's Reed. Here are 8 things I learned. 1. When people are making buying decisions (what's 1 word you'll recall for) 2. Audience: Who is your target (founder, CEO, co-founders, CRO, VP of growth/marketing)? 3. Niching down: Narrowing down a problem you can solve (increasing TPC, reducing churn) 4. Themes: what your audience cares about, your valuable content, niche knowledge & experience. 5. winning post: - Insight: seeing, thinking, doing. -Guide: how-to's, stories, expertise, knew sooner. -Retweet: opinions, doing, expecting -POV: believes, seen, example. -Career insight: helps, lessons, training, tools. 6. How LinkedIn scores content: See more, engagement, carousel scrolls, and dwell time 7. post-matric: impressions, engagement, followers and connections 8. Final tips: ask yourself this question and answer it. - What is the casual conversation in my niche? - What is the closed-door conversation in my niche? - What is the expensive problem in my niche? - what is the urgent problem in my niche?
