@jovaloy Yess, you're right. It's 抽时间。 I asked my teacher today and she said 抽 is more like to take something out of a limited set, like your “时间” is limited so you can take out of it i.e 抽时间。 It can also be something like 抽一张纸 from like a pack of tissue paper
