Good morning, I have committed to keep my friends informed of my updates concerning my battle with cancer. Regrettably, my doctor recently informed me that my treatment has been discontinued, as there are no further viable options available. I humbly request a significant favour from all of my friends—before I die, I aspire to establish a network of one million companions. This can only be achieved with your kind help. I am a 65-year-old male who is currently battling male Prostate Cancer and Atypical Carcinoid Lung Cancer. Unfortunately, I received devastating news yesterday that these cancers have spread to various parts of my body, including my lungs, liver, spine, and shoulders. Given this dire situation, the esteemed experts at Christie's have advised me to prepare for the inevitable. Next week I will be interviewing some cancer support workers, who will help me shine the light on both the good and bad. I hope you can follow me and get the message I am looking to reach 1,000,000 so I know I done something positively. All followers will be followed back.
