So I'm at work I went to get a coffee at the little Cafe here at work, when the one lady asked me if I wanted regular coffee in my vanilla mocha the other lady answered, "naw she works in the ER, all the ER nurses get espresso." Lmao, she's right I have switched to espresso

Welp, Still didn't sleep for crap. It's been months, and I'm at my wit's end. Does anybody have any remedies to share? Natural, unnatural... supernatural? Willing to try just about anything for a good night's sleep at this point.
