对于日本新的经营管理签证，以及其他各种针对外国人的长期签证的政策，吐槽虽然爽但是意义不大啊。要么学习印度人去写公开信，要么自己做好各种打算和准备。毕竟生活是自己的，人家傻逼不傻逼我们真心管不了。想办法让自己的日子不要太糟糕。 特别是，不要随便拿某个日本行政书士、税理士的话来证明什么。事实上，在这次新政中，所有人，包括你我，包括行政书士、税理士，甚至包括入管局的普通工作人员，都是第一次接触到这个新政的，本质上谁都没谱才是正常情况。 日本的行政书士既有那种“念のため”让你准备这个准备那个，甚至要求你一定要每天去办公室打卡准备入管局可能的入户抽查情况的，也有那种夸下海口告诉你他办理没问题的… 这就是普通人的人性而已。不用吓唬自己，也不要托大。 本质上在日本这就是一个概率问题，任何一个国家的移民管理机构（无论中、美还是日本、欧洲），作为一国之下的政府部门，他们只对本国公民有法律义务，对于外国人，可以说没有基本人权之外的法律义务。人家给不给任何人签证，理论上都可以随意，你是没法进行投诉、行政复议甚至起诉的。 当然，越文明的国家，就会有越明确的规则；越扯淡的国家，这个规则就会越模糊。总体上来说，日本还是有比较清晰的规则，但是确实目前在向着扯淡的方向移动。我身边的人大部分是没办法在短时间内满足入管局经营管理签证新规的所有条件的，但是他们中大多数还是在忐忑不安中成功续签了签证，虽然都是“缓期一年执行”，明年这个时候还要操心如何满足条件。但是也有人被拒，无奈的赶紧折腾离开的事宜。 所以说这件事情谁的经验教训都没用，大家想办法准备好自己能准备好的材料，想好各种情况下自己可能的解决方案，自己对自己负责就好。 包括我自己，也许过些日子我的签证续签被拒，我不得不离开日本也有可能。那又能怎么样？日子还要过，我对自己的未来，仍然充满信心。 对了可能很多人知道的，不过也再提一句：在日本的公司和我们的经营管理签证是不挂钩的，无论我们经营者在不在日本常住，公司都还是可以继续经营的。 最后，祝大家一切顺利，生意兴隆！
