I’ve been training this entire gap semester before I start my college career. Since High school I have gained 10lbs of muscle, while getting faster at the same time with a new PR on the assault runner of 22.3 mph. @peak_kinetic @GoMocsFB @CoachWShafer @cbrownrun11 @CSmithScout
