Everybody screams stay in Kansas we need good young leaders but never want to cultivate those opportunities & PAY people for what they’re worth. Then they wonder why people leave.

See a girl on tik tok who hosted her own art show and made like 40 bands, no gallery cut or nothing. She rented an event space and housed her art, sold tickets, made it a whole event. Sold prints and merch and half her originals sold. Artists, take notes. For real.
