We gained access to his system using malware that starts up an AnyDesk session quietly and maintains persistence on the scammer’s machine. It was a fun experience with Hackademy, bringing down a scammer and making the digital ecosystem safer from threat actors like Adit. Here are the screenshots and evidence of the attack, and what the malware could do. The malware could check system information, carry out a blue screen of death, send pop-ups, crash his system, make his screen glitch, and do more to his system. And we made sure we exfiltrated all the data from his system. We were also able to disable Windows Defender and manipulate data on his clipboard. Long live Hackademy.
