It’s my sad duty to announce that my step-dad Frank Hare passed away peacefully earlier today at Erwhir Care Home, Carmarthen. It is surreal that he passed away today on the third anniversary of his beloved wife Beti’s death. They are now both at peace and reunited. RIP Frank
