Crazy valuation on the Personal Capital deal…they manage $12 billion with an advisory fee of around 0.75% =$90MM in revenue. Sale price of $1 billion= 11X revenue!! Assuming 25% margins (that may be high given they have 385 solicitors) it is about 45X earnings
