Our updated Forsan strength and conditioning schedule and new safety guidelines are posted on Google classroom. At this time, the workouts are for high school students only. Workouts resume Monday, July 13 at 6:00 pm.

Following UIL recommendations, all summer workouts are cancelled next week. We will continue to monitor the situation, but plan to resume workouts on July 13. At home workouts will be posted on google classroom.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, Forsan ISD strength and conditioning workouts for June 29-July 3 have been cancelled. As of now, workouts will resume Monday, July 6. At home workouts will be posted on our google classroom athletics page.

Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in the area, Forsan ISD will postpone summer strength and conditioning workouts until more information can be gathered. The situation will be reevaluated later this week.
