Prime Minister Persad-Bissessar blames the People’s National Movement for its failure to pass legislation that would have regulated the use of jet skis in Tobago. Speaking in Parliament yesterday on the tragic incident that took the life of 7-year-old Angelica Jogie, she said the legislation to curb jet ski use was before the PNM but they did nothing.
