The 911 call is authentic. However, I am also hearing reports that WHEN police arrived on the scene, they found no weapons or motorcycles. That being said, the City of Chicago has hundreds of military age mostly Venezuelan migrants occupying the former Standard Club of Chicago and other shelters, costing taxpayers millions. Many of the shelter's "residents" are repeat criminal offenders and violent brawls have taken place outside the shelter repeatedly. Migrants taking over buildings by force doesn't seem far-fetched when you look at what has been sanctioned by Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson's Administration over the last two years, does it? Still looking into this developing story.

Cops in Chicago are done. I don’t blame them either. They get no support from mayor or gov or even the DAs office. Now for crimes you want to report half the time cops don’t even show up they instead tell you to fill out a report online. I’ve witnessed it first hand downtown.

professors, if a student you haven't spoken to/interacted with in 15ish years wrote to you and said "hey you were a great teacher I am still benefitting from your teaching, here's a small life update" would that be weird? would you assume the former student wanted something?

I had a brain tumor when I was a 17 year old high school senior. People who spent their lives to discover what the real problems are & what the real solutions are via science gave me my life back. Religion would’ve killed me.
